Pairing Palazzos

Hello everyone,

Here I am with my first blog post. I kept wondering about the kind of outfit to do for my first  post and finally decided to do something that we deal with on a regular basis.

Kurtis were my personal favourite since college and whether you are a college goer or an office-going girl, they form an important part of your wardrobe.  We often match them up with leggings, jeans or pyjamas. However, it is boring to wear the same kind of bottoms with kurtis and hence I have chosen to team them up with the palazzo pants. I feel kurtis and palazzo pants complement perfectly well making for one really fresh and stylish combination. Lets have a look at the two looks below

Look 1:

For the first look, I went basic by teaming up a long, three fourth-sleeved yellow kurti with a straight lined black palazzo pants. I purchased both, kurti and palazzo from Aurelia store in Hyd and I really loved how different and fresh this look turned out. All you need to do is to choose the right colours for matching the two up. Complete the look with high-heeled sandles, a bag and you are good to go.  This casual look can be worn to college, office or any outing.

Look 2:

The second look is more of a party wear. I chose a high slit floral kurti and this time, teamed it with a flared palazzo pants. I purchased this high slit kurti from Myntra and the palazzo is from Aurelia. I learnt that kurtis with long slits look their beautiful best when paired with palazzos. I really loved how bubbly yet sophisticated this look turned out. Complete the look with high heels and a clutch & you are definitely going to grab people’s attention.

If you are bored of wearing the regular leggings or jeans with your kurtis, adopt the latest trend of teaming them with palazzos to flaunt your fashion statement. I hope you liked these looks and do let me know what you think about them.

Thanks a lot for reading.
